Aquaculture & Agriculture Farm Feasibility in Oman

Our team worked with an investor group to evaluate the development of a large-scale integrated aquaculture and agriculture farm in Oman, designed to serve both domestic demand and export markets across the GCC. The mandate required a full-spectrum feasibility study capable of supporting go or no-go investment decisions and shaping the project’s long-term development roadmap.

The commercial workstream examined local and regional market dynamics, including production volumes, imports, exports, consumption patterns, pricing structures, and competitive positioning. This enabled the team to identify priority product categories, assess demand potential, and define the most viable market entry direction for the proposed operation.

On the technical and operational side, the project covered farm layout planning, land and infrastructure requirements, production processes, manpower planning, input requirements, maintenance assumptions, and implementation sequencing. These elements were structured to ensure the proposed model was practical, scalable, and aligned with the realities of the Omani operating environment.

The result was an investment-grade feasibility framework combining commercial insight, technical direction, and financial rigor.
