We worked with the largest event and exhibition center in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region to enhance the food and beverage brands and outlets. Our team conducted a strategic master planning and offer development to revamp 10 outlets featured along the concourse and inside the exhibition halls.
To achieve the objective, our team analyzed the existing food and beverage brands and outlets and identified areas for improvement. We developed a strategic plan that focused on enhancing the overall experience for visitors by creating an attractive and engaging environment. Our team also redeveloped the outlets' menu to create a unique and innovative culinary experience for visitors.
